For eligible orders shipped within the United States, we gladly accept unused and unwashed merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Defective merchandise is also eligible.

Eligibility and Timing

• Unused and unwashed merchandise: 30 days from the shipping date.
• Meditation cushions: 15 days from the shipping date, and may be tested with care.
• Gift cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Rare and vintage books and magazines: Non-refundable.
• Any item with its own specific return policy will have it stated in the product description.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, are not eligible for returns due to customs restrictions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Please use a trackable shipping service.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email orders@supremeswan.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including where to ship the item. Please don't send anything back before your return is approved.
