Karna was the son of Kunti, mother of the five Pandava princes. Although he was as much a prince as the other five brothers, he did not know his true heritage. He never received any honor despite his valor in battle. Eventually Duryodhana, the eldest Kaurava prince and sworn enemy of the Pandava brothers, befriends him.
These comics are endearing to the young and old. Reading them is an inspiring and fun way to learn about India's saints and sages - and it's a lot easier than studying the Vedas! Comics are also a great way for children to learn, which is why they are an integral part of most Indian households.
We carry Amar Chitra Katha comics as they have the most consistent quality. We import all of our comics direct from India. The quality is generally good, but please make allowance for the fact that they are printed economically in India.
