Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on U.S. and Canada orders over $75 USD. Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard rate, calculated automatically at checkout.
A shipping fee applies to certain oversized or fragile items — such as stained glass and glass-framed pieces — and is noted in that product's description.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your city, country, and postal code — no personal details required. In some cases the estimate runs high; you're welcome to email us for a precise quote before ordering.
Carriers & Processing
We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL — choose the option that best suits your timing and budget at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours unless otherwise noted.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please note that USPS does not track international orders once the package leaves the U.S. and transfers to the destination country's postal service.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We're grateful that returns are rare — but we will gladly accept unused, unwashed, or defective items for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Unless the item is defective, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Meditation cushions may be tested with care for 7 days and returned within 15 days.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Rare and vintage books and magazines are non-refundable.
- International orders (shipped outside the United States) are not eligible for returns due to customs restrictions.
- Any item with its own specific return policy will have it stated in the product description.
