For eligible orders shipped within the United States, we gladly accept unused and unwashed merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Defective merchandise is also eligible.
Eligibility and Timing
- Unused and unwashed merchandise: Return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Meditation cushions: May be tested with care for 7 days and returned within 15 days.
- Gift cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Rare and vintage books and magazines: Non-refundable.
- Any item with its own specific return policy will have it stated in the product description.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, are not eligible for returns due to customs restrictions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Please use a trackable shipping service.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Before sending anything back, please email orders@supremeswan.com. Once your return is approved, mail the merchandise with tracking to:
